The Unsworth Patient Participation Group is a volunteer group of registered patients who work with the practice to improve communication, represent patient views, and support service development.
We act as a critical friend to the practice, ensuring patients are involved in decisions and helping shape how care is delivered.

Unsworth Group Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a team of volunteer patients working in partnership with the surgery to support, strengthen, and improve the experience of our local community.
As patients ourselves, we aim to represent the views of the wider practice population and help ensure services remain responsive, accessible, and patient‑centred.
Our mission is to promote health and wellbeing through open communication, community engagement, and supportive initiatives that empower patients to take an active role in their care.
We are committed to sharing clear, helpful healthcare information and encouraging positive relationships between patients and the practice team.
